Thong Bikini Swimsuit
Show off your assets in a thong bikini swimsuit this coming summer. However, if you don’t quite have the body of a Sports Illustrated model, then you better shape up for the season. Here are some great tips and exercises to work out certain parts of your body to achieve that perfect summer bod.
Upper body
*Arms
Thong bikinis often are the most unforgiving pieces of clothing that one can put on. However, if every part of you is in shape and toned to perfection, this kind of swimwear will highlight almost all of your assets. Though the arms are not the focal point of this garment, you have to tone and shape these to achieve a more proportional figure. If you wave your hand and you feel a little jiggling or flapping, it’s a sure sign that you need to shape up. Doing dumbbell raises can help get rid of those flabs. Grasp a one or two-pound dumbbell in each hand and raise them above your head till the dumbbells touch. Do this for a few more times regularly and you’ll see those arms tone up.

*Bust
Aside from the curve of your hips, the bustline is also a prominent feature of your body that should also be in shape. You can perk your twins up by performing assisted push-ups that develop the muscles on your chest. Once these muscles are developed, not only will your bust size have an increase, but your breasts would actually have a certain pertness brought back to them. Wearing the proper sports bra during exercise also works.
Lower body
*Waist
You can shape that waist into a delicious curve any man would go for if you do exercises that target the muscles in the area. Melt away those love handles with crunches or sit-ups done regularly.
*Butt
Since skimpy bottoms really draw the eye towards your derriere, it’s important to have a toned and smooth butt. To get that lift, you need to work your glutes by doing squats. You can do this by taking a weighted barbell and holding it with both hands behind your shoulders. Standing with feet apart, you gently lower your body till you reach a sitting or squatting position. Make sure to not let your knees go over your toes and to keep your back straight. Repeat regularly over a period of time and you’ll experience a lift in your derriere to set off that string bottom nicely.
